Are you looking for a low calorie, healthy spread for sandwiches, salads, and more that won’t interfere with weight loss? Try my mayonnaise substitute. While the taste is a little different from normal mayonnaise, it’s high in protein and calcium, while eliminating a lot of the empty calories in mayo. Regular mayonnaise contains around 94 calories per tablespoon! Dress up the flavor with some fresh dill, scallions, garlic, or a little cayenne.
