Cherry Vanilla Crisp Smoothie

Is there anything more delicious than fresh, crisp cherries?  Yes!  Fresh cherries combined with apples, vanilla, and spice in a dessert-like weight loss smoothie.  The antioxidants in cherries fight inflammation while the high protein content keeps hunger in check for hours.

Cherry Vanilla Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cherries
1/2 large apple
2 cups spinach
1 tablespoon dry oats
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup water
1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Protein Smoothie Base Mix
dash cinnamon
dash nutmeg

Preparation: 
Place liquid in blender first, heaviest food last.  Blend until smooth, adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency.
